When we bought our 5 acre farmette in 2023 we did not set out to turn part of our land into a business. What drew us here was being able to grow our organic garden, flowers, and herbs on a larger scale than suburban living would allow. We also love to entertain and it is always a treat to get to share our place with the people we love. When friends asked to host a wedding here we collaborated for a whole year to plan it in between our 9-5 jobs. Their successful test run wedding, along with a few other events convinced us that this property was something special to share.
Getting Sunhouse Farm up to the task of hosting events has been creative and rewarding. We’re thrilled to share our charming hundred year old property with people celebrating the many milestones of their lives. We have lots of plans for the future. This spring we’re planting two acres with native perennial pollinators so you can see the barn swallows gliding around as you raise a toast with the ones you love. Come and celebrate with us! All our welcome. We can’t wait to meet you.
